Depth3D（以下「本アプリ」）は、開発者 Masayuki Yamaji が提供するiOSアプリです。本アプリはユーザーのプライバシーを尊重します。
本アプリは、個人情報を含むいかなるユーザーデータも収集・保存・送信しません。
本アプリは、対象物を3Dスキャンする目的でのみTrueDepthカメラおよび深度センサーを使用します。取得した深度データおよび生成した3Dモデルは、お使いのデバイス内にのみ保存され、外部のサーバーや第三者に送信されることは一切ありません。
本アプリは、机の上などに置いた小物を3Dスキャンするために、iOSのARKit顔追跡機能（ARFaceTrackingConfiguration）を用いてTrueDepthセンサーを起動し、端末の6自由度カメラ位置（モーショントラッキング／VIO）を取得します。この顔追跡は、TrueDepthの深度ストリームを有効化しカメラの動きを把握するための技術的な手段としてのみ利用されます。
本アプリは、顔メッシュ・表情（ブレンドシェイプ）・ARFaceAnchor・顔の幾何情報・Face IDデータなど、いかなる顔データも読み取り・収集・保存・送信しません。顔追跡に関わる処理はすべて端末上でiOS／ARKitによって一時的に行われ、本アプリが顔情報にアクセスしたり保持したりすることはありません。したがって、顔データが第三者と共有・開示されることはなく、いかなる保持期間も存在しません（保持しません）。スキャン中に取得・保存される深度データは、カメラに向けられた対象物（小物）のものであり、端末内にのみ保存されます。
本アプリは、解析ツール・広告・トラッキングSDKを一切使用しません。データを第三者と共有することはありません。

Depth3D (the "App") is an iOS application provided by the developer Masayuki Yamaji. The App respects your privacy.
The App does not collect, store, or transmit any user data, including personal information.
The App uses the TrueDepth camera and depth sensor solely to 3D-scan objects. The captured depth data and generated 3D models are stored only on your device and are never sent to any external server or third party.
To 3D-scan a small object placed on a surface, the App uses iOS ARKit face tracking (ARFaceTrackingConfiguration) to activate the TrueDepth sensor and to obtain the device's 6-degrees-of-freedom camera pose (motion tracking / VIO). Face tracking is used only as a technical means to enable the TrueDepth depth stream and to track the movement of the camera.
The App does not read, collect, store, or transmit any face data — including face meshes, facial expressions (blend shapes), ARFaceAnchor data, facial geometry, or Face ID data. All face-tracking computation is performed transiently on device by iOS and ARKit; the App never accesses or retains any facial information. Consequently, no face data is ever shared with or disclosed to any third party, and there is no retention period because no face data is retained. The depth data that is captured and saved during a scan is of the object placed in front of the camera and is stored only on your device.
The App uses no analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs, and does not share any data with third parties.
